Shipping & Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Coverage: We provide shipping to over 20,000+ pin codes across India.Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Metros: 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-8 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee of ₹[Amount] will be charged to the customer. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within [12] hours of order placement. Once the status changes to “Shipped,” no cancellations are allowed.
  • Customized/Engraved Orders: Once the production of a customized or engraved piece has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
